My Approach
I offer integrative, psycho‑educational counseling and coaching. Sessions are conversational and practical — drawing on:
- Evidence‑informed psychology (cognitive & behavioral tools)
- Meditation (Yoga Nidra, body‑scan, breath‑led focus)
- Yogic practices (breathwork, mindfulness, yamas/niyamas)
- Ayurvedic rhythms (daily routines, sattvic habits & self‑care)
Note: I’m a BA (Hons) Psychology student (IGNOU). I provide wellness‑focused guidance and do not diagnose or treat mental disorders.
