The Conscious Mind
The Architecture of Consciousness

Psychology &
Neurobiology

Rewiring neural pathways through the convergence of modern behavioral science and ancient Vedantic wisdom.

The Neural-Vedic Bridge

The mind (*Manas*) is not separate from the body. My practice integrates my BA Hons in Psychology and Neurobiology (2025) to address mental health at both the structural (synaptic) and subtle (karmic) levels.

We use the clinically proven tools of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) to address thought patterns, while simultaneously using Mantra and Meditation to stimulate neuroplasticity—literally reshaping the brain's response to stress and trauma.

Neuroplasticity

Rewiring the brain's "default mode network" through repetition.

Atma Vichara

Vedantic Self-Inquiry to dissolve the root of the ego.

Deep Psychology

The Science of Samskaras

In Yoga philosophy, Samskaras are the deep mental grooves or impressions left by past actions. In Neurobiology, we call this Long-Term Potentiation—"neurons that fire together, wire together."

My therapeutic approach focuses on identifying these maladaptive loops. We don't just "talk" about them; we interrupt the neural signal using Pranayama (breathwork) to shift the autonomic nervous system from 'Fight or Flight' to 'Rest and Digest', allowing new, healthier pathways to form.

"We are not victims of our biology; we are the architects of our neural pathways."

Somatic Healing

Polyvagal Theory & Prana

Trauma is often stored in the body, not just the mind. Through the lens of Polyvagal Theory, we understand how the Vagus nerve regulates our sense of safety and social engagement.

I utilize specific Vedic Chanting frequencies and Nadi Shodhana breathwork to stimulate the Vagus nerve. This increases Vagal Tone, instantly lowering cortisol levels and bringing the mind into a state of receptive clarity suitable for deep psychological work.

Bridging East & West

The modern world brings unique challenges—whether it is corporate burnout in New York, existential seeking in London, or finding balance in the fast-paced life of Singapore.

My sessions are designed for the global citizen. I bridge the cultural gap, translating ancient Sanskrit concepts into practical, actionable psychological tools that fit into a modern, urban lifestyle.
